Surprisingly fun listen with excellent quality sound (detailed with solid bottom-end) and pressing. I bought it only because it was on sale for $9.95 on Acoustic Sounds.

Edited one year agoGlorious repress of this summer sound, had an original but this sounds warmer with a bit more bottom end, lush!
Let's not forget about the quality of the music here... Please Set Me at Ease, Una Esta and The Trip being the stand out moments. A rich production with lots of subtle slick elements in the mix, beautiful music. Bobbi's playing, Mizell magic with Kev Gray's touch on the mastering make this an absolute jazz funk winner -
My copy has a Donald Byrd "Places and Spaces" label on both sides which was... unexpected. Sound quality great, really good repress.

Amazing pressing. Flat 180 gram vinyl is so quiet. This is probably Bobbi Humphrey’s finest album. Truly essential -
Picked up my copy yesterday. Insanely clean, dead flat, plays beautifully. Just a slight hint of surface noise during the run-in grooves and between songs. Kevin Gray's mastering is fantastic, as always! -
First copy I bought was terribly distorted on the title track, but my second copy is truly perfect in every way.
