The transparent, Limited Edition sounds great. The surface noise is barely there on mine.
So far I'm enjoying it much more than "Evil Spirits" which I thought was too soft.
Dave's voice is still incredible.

Any word on how many were pressed? It’s supposed to be limited but it seems there may have been a large press run as it is still available to buy through the bands website.

Saw them in Hamburg in March they played a lot of their new songs on this album and they were amazing. The crowd also liked
their new songs. They were a damned good band and they are up to date.Top new album hope not to be their last. -
Edited 2 years agoBit of crackle on the outro of one track, but otherwise excellent vinyl. Looks great with the clear vinyl on top of the included slipmat. Biggest surprise has been the quality of the music. Not really listened to the band since their debut album in 1976 (which I thought was OK but didn't appeal as much as debut albums from The Clash, The Jam and The Stranglers) so the quality of this pleasantly surprised me. It's chock full of great songs with great production and variation throughout. All killer. No filler. I didn't know they still made pop albums like this any more. Excellent!

Press quality?.. Great for me, standard with this new release on vinyl on this years.. But this album is very great!.. Recommended this new album of this GREAT band!!

This is nothing short of amazing. Sounds like a band in it's young prime rather than some guys who've got a free bus !
