Botched reissue of an amazing album - Avoid this one like the plague - Find an original pressing as this one stinks.

Strawberries is my favorite Damned record, but this pressing is terrible. The live track completely ruins the flow of the record and I turned it off it sounded so bad. If you're looking for a copy to enjoy listening to, don't buy this one.

Loving the look, sound and smell of it, but anyone know how many issues have been released?

Oh... the live version of Bad Time for Bonzo is terrible, sounds like taken from Live in Newcastle which is a sub standard release

Holy Lord, that live recording of Bad Time For Bonzo is fucking terrible. I wonder if this was a screw up by whoever put this re-issue together where they grabbed the wrong digital files and no one bothered to check? There is no way the band actually approved this, right?

Sounds great. Had forgotten how much energy they had on this release. Glad we found a copy!

Anyone know why they swapped out the studio version of "Bad Time For Bonzo" with the live version?

Great sounding record. The live version of 'Bad Time for Bonzo' includes a lot of expletives... I guess that switch for the live version makes this even more collectible

While the strawberry scented sleeve is a bit of a gimmick, the rest of the presentation looks fantastic. The pressing quality is excellent and the soundstage only emphasizes what a criminally underrated band The Damned are.
