If you have the chance to pick this up, do yourself a favor and get it right away. I have wanted this album on vinyl for a long time, but there is just no way I can afford the OG. This European pressing on clear vinyl is a steal. You need it! Sounds wonderful.

Theres alot of praise here and i would say it doesnt sound bad for the small fee and it pressed reasonably quietly to boot. I bought this as a backup for my AP 45rpm. It should come as no surprise to hear that the AP is vastly richer and more expansive. Smoother and silkier. I am thinking i need the AP Sacd as a rinser instead!!

Mixed and cut to near perfection. It's one of those records that just sounds like a soundstage coming out of your speakers. Great tracks, all are just low key west coast style with bosa nova Latin flair, the good kind. Love this pressing. What a steal for this price. Top shelf, A list, 5 stars

This is a super good shot and a very decent press! I recommend it to all jazz lovers for that much money.

Excellent recording. Full bodied, fat bass, detailed transients. Nice surprise!
Musically, an easy listening record. Perfect for Sunday mornings .

Gotta hand it to Sowing. It's not often you take a chance on a clear pressing (strike one) from Europe (strike two) and have it sound terrific. But there's no way around it--this is a terrific pressing.

Definitely a few little surfaces noises but a good album and decent pressing.
I have sticky-rolled and used a record brush but not wet cleaned.
I'm sure the A.P. and Blue Note sound great, but their price is way up there. -
Edited one year agoThis is a fantastic alternative for the price alone. To my ears this pressing sounds great, vinyl feels good and heavy, no sharp edges. The front sticker says clear but mine is pretty milky, though that doesn’t affect my enjoyment of the album at all. Highly recommended if you don’t want to break the bank for a vintage copy
