Just bought a new/unplayed copy from a Discogs seller. My copy is #2161. No distortion anywhere, no surface noise or pops whatsoever. Crystal clear sound throughout. Played on Technics SL-1210G with Hana ML cartridge.

Love the music, but the last song on side two has prominent distortion throughout.
I'm disappointed because MOV is usually excellent. All other songs are awesome and sound great. 3 outta 4 ain't bad I guess but wish it was on black vinyl... -

Picked my copy up second hand. Number 444. Appeared unplayed and I have to say it sounds amazing. Minimal surface noise and no hint of distortion. £20 well spent as far as I'm concerned.

Second copy now with ridiculously high noise ceiling/IGD during Country Rain, makes it totally unlistenable. $35 for an EP, MOV, I was willing to pay it...
Had pressing numbers that were in the 800’s and 2000’s, same exact issue. Most people seem to have gotten good copies, but for what it’s worth. -
A very special record to me as I'm very interested in shoegaze's intersection with UK's acid house & rave movement. Creation had their own dance label with acts like Love Corporation & Bandulu however this record is more suitable for a chill-out room as it sounds like Luke Slater's 7th Plain meets Seefeel; it is easy to see why Global Communication was chosen to remix In Mind. The Music on Vinyl reissue is fabulous & at 45RPM it sounds amazing. This is likely my favorite Slowdive release ever.

Really quite disappointed with my copy. Has a very unusual "misprint" aspect where it seems like a piece of paper melted into the vinyl or something to that effect which makes a part of one of the songs unplayable. Other than that, a neat release.

Indeed, the cover could have been done better, but I'm happy with the sound quality. No surface noise on my copy. Rich bass, very detailed and well-centred. I think MOV does a great job with these reissues since I own Souvlaki (MOVLP202) and it sounds good too.
