Mine arrived warped, my cartridge played over the warps just fine. I thought the pressing sounded average. -

I bought this recently and I’m sorry to say that my copy is pretty disappointing. It’s got a lot of surface noise, it’s a bit warped, there are a few little Knicks and scratches and enough damage to the grooves on side B right out of the shrink wrap (the side we all really are here for) that make it hard to listen to. Fidelity wise it sounds decent, definitely better than any streaming or YouTube version of this album that Ive heard but it sounds like it’s likely a digital version of it pressed to vinyl or something. I wouldn’t be surprised if it was a bootleg. Compared to say a repress of a bluenote record you can really tell the difference.
At the price point I got it it kind of seems like the only way to get this album on wax at the moment so I’m still glad to own it but don’t expect to be impressed by this pressing if you choose to get it.
I’m in Canada and this record cost me 36 USD plus 28 USD for shipping so it still ended up being about a hundred dollar record. I messaged the seller about it for a replacement but they just sent me a no return refund so that’s fine. Even still, not a cheap record by any means at around 40 CAD but if this thing had cost me 100 I’d be pretty bummed.
Anyway yea if you need to own this but don’t wanna spend 500 dollars, it’ll be fine.

I also bought a sealed Everland Jazz edition and the vinyl is pretty noisy but the mastering is tight. The pressing is kinda whack. Nonetheless happy to have this on vinyl. -

holy crap. this used to be a record I could pick up for $1 in bargin bins, still sealed.... now so expensive ?!? I like the heath bros. but hey people... crazy prices.
