Alround excellence!
Dead flat, bang on center and very quiet vinyl.
Mastering is rich and sweet. No nasties and superbly recorded. -
Of course, this gets reissued because the album was originally released in the thick of the pandemic and people forgot it even came out. -

Just picked up a mint copy. It sounds like they mastered this from compressed digital (listen to the cymbals). Won't be the same as AAA (not sure anyone is doing that anymore), but still more dynamic than CD. Great album! -
Edited 11 months agoI'm seeing AC/DC next week in Wembley (can't wait!) so I thought I'd dig this out and give it a spin beforehand. My pressing is a little off centre but it doesn't have an audible impact on the sound. Overall, the pressing is quiet with good dynamics although I think the bass is a little overpowering. However, when I roll the bass off (from 12 to 9 or 8 o'clock), it sounds perfect. Very nice album too.

Very quality packaging throughout! Charging cable has never been used due to the fact that it still plays after 4 years!!! I would rate it 5 stars, but for a CD it’s a bit pricey -
Very solid release, although Malcolm is very missed. Vinyl quality is very good!

Sounds ok. My copy is very noisy! Doesn’t affect the listening experience too much but still a bit annoying. Looks very cool in yellow though! -
Just a lot of fun to have AC/DC back. I’ll never turn down a new album from them. Also the red cassette looks great. -

Yet another AC/DC album to add to the collection. What can I say? It’s very good and utterly predictable! LoL! The lads are far beyond reinventing anything at this stage in the band’s life. The album mix is well balanced but they should’ve added more crack to Phil Rudd’s drums, especially the kick drum. Overall the production needs more punch, more life! It’s too polite, for lack of a better word. The vinyl is well manufactured and dead quiet.
The best part is that it’s great to see Brian, Cliff and Phil return for this, after everything the band went through during the Rock or Bust era.
