M - modern sealed records, nicely kept unplayed vintage
NM - clean and nice, as new
VG+ (excellent) - clean and solid, light scuffs under bright light
VG+ - standard overall grade for vintage, minor issues (scuffs, light wear, maybe few scratches, which i always mention)
VG - less then average, wear, scratches and scuffs not overpowering music
G+ - rough but alive, will quote all issues
