I have this one and my brother also has this same pressing. It sounds really muffled and lacking in bass compared to this other one I have https://discogs.versitio.com/release/12024457-Black-Sabbath-Paranoid

Sounds like they are playing in a basement for a house party, right in front of you. It's that realistic....

I was going through my Sabbath records and for some reason I had forgotten that I had this and when I opened up the sleeve I saw that it was NM , overjoyed I cleaned it and threw it on and I was fucking floored!! This mix is great and it’s got a good amount of bottom end unlike so many of these reissues. I pulled out my new deluxe box to listen to this against those and honestly this ‘71’ pressing smokes them all.

Edited 9 months agoAmazing pressing. Everything has great levels to it and it sounds rich. The detail in the high end is excellent for early 70s.

There's also copies with same matrix info and LP labels with the misprinted track list as above on Burbank palm tree label too.
