Watch out collectors! Tons of cheap recent reissues are sold here as 200 gram pressing but don't be fooled, ask for pics of either the 200 gram hype sticker or of the card with 2016 expiration date otherwise you'll be getting a 180 gram later reissue....

Are the new repressings labeled with a 2015 copyright date? Bought a copy on Discogs under the 200g, 2016 listing and they notified me that it would be a 180g copy. Shortly thereafter, a backorder I had from forever ago was fulfilled that was also listed as 200g. Now I have two copies that feel like they're 180g with 2015 copyright dates. As far as I can tell they are the same pressing, but was curious if there's any other way to differentiate.

Does anyone else' record skip on Middletown Dreams? No scratches present? Vinyl is beautiful, sounds phenomenal otherwise.
My favorite band and very underrated sound quality from the Rush Production team. -
My favorite Rush record. It's the record of theirs I always go back to. Paid a bit of a for my copy since I'd felt my strong VG original was perfectly fine. Now, I'm chasing the QRP reissues that I didn't buy back in 2015-2016.
To my ears, the definitive version of Power Windows. Crank it up! -
Wonderful pressing of a great album. Instrument separation, soundstage and warmth are all top notch on this version. As for the album itself, I can understand why it’s not a favourite of Rush purists, but if you consider it an 80s pop-rock album with a Rush veneer it stands up incredibly well as the songs are so catchy and strong. Great stuff.

This sounds so much better than my original LP from 1985. I too was surprised that it was a heavier record at 200grams but that wasn't why I bought it. I had lost my original record from moving around and countries. It was only just yesterday that I got to replace it and am happy that I got this version. The band built on what they put out in Signals and Power Windows is a darn good album.

Purchased this album on a whim. I'm not the biggest Rush fan, but really love one of the songs on this album. I was also curious about the 200gram pressing as I'd never heard anything heavier than 180gram. Have to say this pressing sounds magnificent. This instantly became one of my "demo pressings." Fantastic. Very dynamic, lots of separation. Sounds great at all volumes.
