I'm having trouble understanding the 'multiple cuts'...

    - there is definitely a 1E/1E lacquer, but - for now - it's this one Lou Reed - Transformer,
    - there are also a couple of 1L/1E like here but some people think there are probably 1Es in the end,
    - there are also some 1C/2E like here Lou Reed - Transformer, which might also be 1E,
    - there are multiple '2nd cut', when there are a lot of variants on multiple pressings bearing the 2E/1E matrixes like here Lou Reed - Transformer,
    - on top of that you have 'weird' ones when you look at some of the Dynaflex & Shorepack pressings, which could lead to think there are even more cuts that same year.

So the 1st cut is the 1Es, right?
Are they better than the following ones or maybe the 2Es have been cut to correct something on the 1E?

You should fix the matrix numbers: 1L for the first variant on side a. It should be 1E

This UK 1E , 1E , first press , with laminated cover is definitely the one to get . It sounds much better than my Speakers Corner version , that everybody's raving about .
