I have US original, Speakers Corner, Kevin Gray, US Best Buy and if I had to keep one this is it. Best balance, nice sweetness. That said it's not a jaw dropping difference.

Just spun this. Speakers corner is great but this is the one!

Fantastic except for the annoying sibilance especially on Walk On The Wild Side

This is the version to own! I’ve heard great things about the speakers corner version, but the U.K. first pressing just bursts right out of your speakers. Great instrument separation and detail, with balanced and natural bass frequencies. Considering you can acquire one for around £30, I wouldn’t even be tempted to purchase the SC edition.

The first UK pressing of this 1972 LP was issued in a stunning laminated sleeve by Clout & Baker.Upon its initial release, the album sold only in very small numbers..It was only when when 'Walk On The Wild Side' was released as a single that the album began to take off..Post-'Wild Side' UK LPs were issued in a matte finish sleeve, not the original & more expensive to produce, 1st press laminated version-making the original 'Transformer' sleeve one of the more difficult albums to track down today.
