Edited 10 months agoThe audio is incredibly muffled and compressed. Sounds absolutely horrible compared to the original pressing, just like the 2011 CD. Might even be the same mastering. Also, the 25 sec intro is missing from these reissues. -

This sounds squished, not a fan of the audio quality. It's not the worst but not exactly as the other commentators say it. At least on my copy. -
WOW the thump on my Polks just made my body feel how well mastered this reissue is. Nice punch in remastering of sounds and the green marbled vinyl is an envy to my disco aficionados. Have two original copys from it’s original release date as well. Enjoy!! -
This vinyl pressing is just mind-blowing. Absolutely phenomenal sound. Dead quiet pressing, gorgeous packaging, and spectacular sonics. A MUST ! -
SADLY...the cd master here is severely brick walled and overcompressed. I am guessing the vinyl pressing suffers from the same.
also--this master, as well as all the others since the 90's, has 30 second of the intro to "Supernature" cut off. Perhaps the master tape was damaged at the intro??
