When I was a kid I was obsessed with the instrumental version of Ghostbusters, and its extra harp & synth-laced sections, especially that incredible ending.
If I was at a Ray Parker Jr. Q&A session, I'd ask him what the story was behind those extra sections, i.e. did he intend to have them in the vocal version at some point, and / or why were they left out of it. -

There is an error that keeps recurring in all the releases drafted from the first US press. "Mastered By - Ken Perry" does not refer to track B5, but to the entire album: probably the error was caused from the fact that the period is close to the description of the last track. Please, take note.

I loved this as a kid, now I'm over 40 and my kid loves it. The 2nd time around I'm not liking it as much. It doesn't have the long lasting staying power as other great albums. It's fun and works for the film.
