Edited 6 years agoWithout a doubt the closest to traditional prog Formula 3 ever recorded. This was their third album, and it was clear they were going into ELP territory on this album. Gabriele Lorenzi went more the Emerson school of keyboard playing dominated by Hammond organ. The music, for the most part, is divided into suites, and for the most part stays in prog territory, although there area few experimental ages, and one pop number, "Storia di un Uomo e Una Donna" which seems a bit out of place on this album. The album also features its share of early string synths (probably the Eminent 310). I am really surprised this album got release, not because of the music, but because of the cover, because it's so incredibly tasteless, a great way to get banned, yet it was released. Regardless, if you can get past that cover, it's well worth it for the prog fan.
