Superb track, sums up the times really well when the second wave of 'ecstasy' tabs were hitting the Dance & Trance clubs of the UK, early 2000s.

A DJ tool, more than anything else. It's got a jacking riff, but doesn't develop beyond that. So as a collaboration between two of the deep artists of the 90's I find this rather disappointing.

Edited 18 years agoA collaboration between two of the most influential figures within the dance and electronic music scene, 'Scorchio' is an excellent track that effortlessly synthesises distinctive elements of both artist's sounds without one ever dominating the other. Underpinned by a gentle, simple yet persistent synth line and some 'Emerson-esque' percussion, it is a melodic and versatile piece of house that can be enjoyed whatever the time of day.
