The company is ISO 9002 ed, accredited by IRMA and FACT and is a founder member of IODRA.
Universal Music International sold its CD manufacturing plant in the UK (which was the former PDO, UK plant located in Blackburn, north-west England) to Disctronics in 2002.
In 2003 Disctronics was sold to Deluxe (7), a t venture by The Rank Group and optical disc manufacturer Ritek Corp.
