Everyday is the fourth studio album by the Dave Matthews Band. The previous three CDs of the five were in the home country America together for more than 20 million copies sold and a status as mega star. That is remarkable because the music of the South Africa born in Dave Matthews is a mix of pop, rock, jazz and world music, which is not accessible sounds. This is one of the reasons why would you rather expect that we in Europe would go flat for this band, but beyond a series of concerts in the opening act for the Rolling Stones is not yet come. Perhaps there with Everyday change in, because this record sounds a lot fresher than predecessor Before These Crowded Streets from 1998. This is particularly due to Alanis Morissette producer Glen Ballard, who has ensured that all the pieces in Everyday exactly fall into place. Sometimes heavy (Fool To Think), at other times funky (When The World Ends), but always typical Dave Matthews. Mother Father belong to the most beautiful songs that guitarist Carlos Santana and the closing title song with guest vocals by the South African singer Vusi Mahlasela..
