Sounds great. Well mastered. Unfortunately it is as bent as I was at Magnaball. The record is not flat, far from it. Does not seem to affect the sound just disappointed in the QC. Though this should have been 180 gm vinyl for the price, which might not have fixed the bends but I have not seen a 180 gm record this wavy.

Well I finally cranked this one and it is FABULOUS. Great mix, amazing jam, so much fun! No issues with the wax at all.

One of the very best pieces of music from Phish from the 3.0 era. Sounds great. Transports me right back to Magnaball...

Super cool piece of wax. Played wonderfully after a round on the Squeaky Clean MK III. The sound is quite good on this. I was a big Phish fan in the late 90s through the early 00s. These two songs hit like they did way back in the day. I plan on buying all of these LP on LP releases.

Fun jam. Record sounds clean but for a few minor ticks. Pressed flat. Mix is excellent with a chunky bottom end on the bass and kick drum. The fade out on side 1 into Caspian is very well done. Hope they keep this series going.

Extremely pleased with how this one turned out! Especially since I was there in the crowd... Sound is awesome: every instrument represented equally in the mix, wide dynamic range, and I barely heard any pops or crackles whatsoever. And an exceptionally flat record, too -- watching my tonearm, it was totally motionless. Didn't see it jump even a millimeter. Very impressed!
MORE LP ON LP ASAP, PLEASE! -
Edited 2 years agoSomeone got smart and realized that the best jam of the 4.0 era needed to be isolated and put to vinyl. So wonderful! This is what this LP on LP series is for! Encapsulates what The Phish is all about. Give this to your friends who grumble about what an aimless lame dirty hippie band that sings about nonsense this guys are. Well, they still are an aimless dirty hippie band that sings about nonsense, but they’re a GREAT aimless dirty hippie band that sings about nonsense and rocks hard, and they bring it here. All he emotional peaks are there. Sounds great, and pretty wax too.
