They released a small batch of these today. I clicked on the link literally only a few minutes after I received the "back in stock" email and it was sold out. I mean, I didn't even get a chance. I keep hearing that they are going to properly repress this, but it never happens. They just release a handful of them every so often. Meanwhile, the flippers continue to make a killing off of them. Super frustrating.

Love this album. They sound amazing. Great recording. Great pressing. Mine wasn’t cheap but worth it.

Sounds spectacular. Super clean pressing and mastered so well (not surprised when it was done by Chris Bellman at Grundman Mastering). If you are to own 1 Phish record on vinyl, this should be it!
So worth owning this but do not overpay on secondary market. They have repressed it and as others have said it is not listed as out of press. -
This one's worth the hype. I'm sure if you're looking for it, you're familiar with the recording. The pressing is wonderful, absolutely no faults with it. Love seeing that CB in the deadwax.
I was able to get it from Phish Dry Goods during the latest run. Everywhere I can see reads as "Back Ordered" or "awaiting repress," not "Out of Print/Press," so paying the ridiculous scalper prices might be a bit premature- don't give into FOMO, since it's more than likely that they'll do additional runs of this. -
Just received mine from the Dry Good store. Can’t say enough about this Holy Grail of PhisH vinyl that seems almost harder to get than Halloween or MSG tickets.
Flat, quiet, dynamic, artwork and packaging is pristine.
I would pay the markup some of the flippers are charging. It’s THAT good -
After the last release they claimed on twitter that another pressing was in the works. If you can hold your horses you might get it for cheaper down the road.

Bought used and sounds amazing. JEMP seems to do a great job. But does Phish vinyl have to be so expensive?

Edited 6 years agoMy set sounds great except there is a huge audible scratch across side 4. Probably got scratched when a pressing plant worker pulled it off a cooling rack spindle. Buyer beware if you are thinking about getting one of these. GZ needs to tune up quality control, especially with pricey box sets like this.
After some email exchanges with the folks at Jemp I was able to get the scratched record in my set replaced. Major props to them for coming through, even when they were out of stock and had to source it from a third party.
