The first pressing is where it's at on this album. Compared the 2014 reissue to it, stick with the MA plating for the best sound.

Simply one of the best albums to listen to while sitting on the beach...

A star during the trip hop years. In other words: an essential. Besides that: marvellous art design by the sleeve

the record is great but the cover may even be better than music itself. i can only speak for myself and my buffin plunts times are gone - still a ,milestone!!
i was getting to another story:

i bought this record as a stoneryouth for 2 gbp at soundclash (norwich) youll say thats a bargain-i havent told you that the cover had been nicked and therefore the records were knocked out at 2 quid.

          sweet memories.

Very excellent desert island disc indeed. Hopefully though there is a small suburb with a few skyscrapers so you can soak up the urban street walking kick the paper downtempo vibe. "Stars" is to electronica what Oyo-coma-va was to latin street lore. It's that classic. Trip hop in full flavor. This is an anytime is a good time disk. Definitely their best and thats saying allot considering their first album. everyone should have this disk

Every time and on every place you can hear this important legendary album without becoming boring or "not up to date".
A milestone for the genre "Trip Hop" and my all time favourite for relaxing hours! The cover artwork is also great, you can find more and more details after
              contemplative viewing.
