Runout variant 5 sounds perfect - clear, detailed sound, at the same time loud and no overload.
But i've not heard other versions so no comparisons -
Edited 3 years agoI am not satisfied at all with the quality of this pressing, at least the one I have. It's full of skips, some songs are unlistenable, with skating looping the same seconds over and over, and overall a lot of white noise, as if it was burnt or listened to hundreds of times already. I need to test it in different players, but mine plays other records beautifully. I bought it brand new from a music store that usually sells instruments and equipment, and dropships for the records they sell, so I won't be surprised if they got a low quality bootleg copy.

Great quality pressing and the start of Prodigy's journey into the main stream. Pure classic 90's rave music.
