Edited 5 years agoThis record sounds rough. I dont know if thats because its a low budget punk recording from the 1980s or because its a subpar bootleg. Ive never listened to an official pressing so I cant compare. And make no mistake, this version is a bootleg as the credits on the back cover lists "Greg Guerewitz" as a producer when it should be "Brett Guerewitz". It's also far shinier than a normal record jacket (kind of like the bright and reflective coloring you'd expect from the cover of a spiral notebook).
It is very much listenable, esp if your ear is used to old, cheaply recorded, low-fi punk rock. And unfortunately, unless you're planning on dropping triple digits for an original pressing or trying to hunt down the 30th anniversary Bad Religion box set (that included the only repressing of this LP [in clear red] limited to 3000 copies), this is the only way you're going to get a copy of this.
