Nice and clear pressing without any pops or distortions. It does sound a bit flat but I don’t have the OG to compare it. The sound of Jorge Ben does come through nicely, the acoustic guitar and his voice are a pleasure to listen to. DOL didn’t surprise, but also didn’t disappoint. I’m a keep my eye out for an OG but in the mean time this one will spin just fine.

Anyone know why DOL didn't (couldn't?) reproduce the original cover art for this release? Took me awhile to even realize it was the debut LP and not Big Ben with different artwork.
