Bob Dylan – Another Side Of Bob Dylan

An unexpected bargain - came as a free release with a terrible “magazine” full of misprints. Turns out to be an excellent pressing.

This repress is tight and focused when resolved via the A-T 33 mono cart. I detect just a sliver of distortion due to the cramming of 25 minutes on each side, but that's my only quibble. Dylan demands mono!!

Anyone know when this reissue is from? It sounds great to me. I don't think it's all that old. Maybe 80's? Maybe 90's? I really don't know.

A 60 year old release on Columbia 2 eye RED label. A few pops & clicks, but I am sure the ultrasonic will take care of this.
Simple instrumentation that belies what is waiting in the reeds for us shortly. For someone who can't sing, Bob sure is a great singer. 😎

Wow this sounds so good. I actually thought this was an early pressing based on how they packaged it. I’m actually quite surprised this is a quality recordings pressing. It comes with a poly inner that says their brand but it didn’t hit me until I put the matrix in. They also had a mofi version of this so I kind of want to get that too to compare. Atm this is perfectly fine until then.

I have a version that the etched matrix match, but the label is PC 8993 and the cover is 8993, Ideas?

Audio is good. However, my US mono original does sound better.

Pretty overlooked Dylan Album, has some really really good tracks on it, pressing is also pretty good
