Does anyone know if the code would work if I got the album {unopened} now?!

I suspect that the mono is merely a fold-down of the stereo. I can't detect any differences other than being a single channel.

Has anyone compared this with Nico (3) - Chelsea Girl from Endless Happiness? I just bought that at my record store yesterday and found out it's an unofficial release.

Beautiful pressing, but does anyone else notice a slight tic at the end of Fairest of the season till the very start of These days? For about 6 or so seconds. Could be on the tape? I don’t see a flaw on my vinyl copy. Wondering if anyone else hears this?

Are the photos wrong on this release as it looks like the copyright on the back is 2012? I am trying to figure out how to tell the 2007 from 2012 and the photo here of the back of the jacket confuses things.

Just bought my copy on Amazon. How can it not be legit?

My copy of this doesn’t sound anywhere near as bad as other reviewers here suggest. It’s a bit ‘boomy’ and boxy, especially if you have the volume up. But at low volume it’s more than listenable, although not as good as my 1978 UK reissue.

This version is identical to the 1971 UK issue except for the “made in england” on the label.
