Phish – A Picture Of Nectar

Amazing pressing. I heard they recorded the original on reel to reel so not surprised they translated to vinyl so well.

There is one thing i find curious. This and a few other Phish recordings have only a handful of pressings. As far as I can tell they are all the same, cut from masters half-speed by Chris Bellman. Why are all the pressings super expensive except 1? I noticed this for Junta, Nectar and Rift. From what i can tell theyre all the same sound quality, so are all but 1 special editions or something? The 2022 and 2024 look like the same pressing but the price is so different- what am i missing.

I was gifted a numbered copy (2000 series No. 002xxx) in 2014, but didn't open it until today. There is a label error on my copy. Record 1 is mis-labeled twice as Side A, instead of Side A/Side B.

The album still sounds fantastic tho.

Is there a difference between this version and the repressing which was done in 2024? Any way to tell which is which?

This thing RIPS!! phenomenal press—dead silent at higher volumes and great mix and mastering. Really a delight to listen to.

They need to issue more of these. There are tons of Farmhouse out there as well as Lawn Boy, and SOTG, but this one is scarce....

Anyone know why the sales history restarted as of August 5th this year? This is the same variant from 2022.

Great pressing. Record is clean and beautiful both in sound and visually. Phish org is epic at these releases. First Phish album I got on cassette. 👍🏼🐟🐠

Incredible sounding record. Chris Bellman rarely disappoints. This 2015 and the recent 2022 repress both sound fabulous!

Flippers really suck. They need to press more of these.

Sounds excellent except for a distortion right at Tweezer intro build up. Anyone hear it or is it my copy?
