Whitelabel 2003 Breaks sample Brainbug - Rain

Hello guys,

I'm looking for this mysterious track for many years, he was mixed by a Romanian DJ in 2003, it's a short mix of one hour breaks totally, it's the only unidentified sample of that mix, the DJ in question no longer re about this ID only it was a white vinyl and that it is possible to be a Bootleg Mix just like many unusual breaks tracks from that period.

Please give me a helping hand and tell me if you know the sound, or maybe a clue would be a welcome artist, and a record label would be perfect.
