I've added credits to The Sapphire* - ໄປໃຫ້ເຖິງຝັນ, but I can't confirm this because I can't read neither Thai nor Lao.
Seeing as the artists are Lao, I think it would be pertinent to add the artists again using their Lao names as PANs, and adding the Thai transcriptions as ANVs. If anyone agrees, and is able to do so, I would greatly appreciate any help with this.
