I do. Bought it about 5 years ago and never got around to using it. Still have the original box. I'll go and find it and see what is what

I have one but have not found it effective. Too little heat, no effect. Too much melts the record. Hard to find the balance in my experience. Can someone advise me? the bag is too hot in my experience....
