Paid back canceled order on PayPal not through discogs

I repaid a buyer for an order they said to cancel by sending them what they had paid on PayPal. Then tried to cancel the order on discogs. I screwed up. Can't cancel on discogs without "refund" and I don't want to send the money twice. Does anybody know a fix for this?

I don't think there's a fix here. Discogs or PayPal's automated systems don't know about the refund you sent manually. You could try to PayPal and ask them to reverse that transaction, but I'm not sure that's something they do.

Thanks EZ, I think you're right. It looks like I could do a partial refund through the app to lessen the pain but will it really let me Cancel an order that looks like its paid, not shipped, and I'm keeping some money?
