If you place an order my invoice for your order is based on the cheapest shipping costs (that means: no track and trace).
Orders above £30,00 will always be shipped with track and trace.
I can not be hold responsible for items that are lost on transport when your order is shipped without track and trace. If you want track and trace you must tell me that when you order. With track and trace you can follow your order and get a refund if the package is lost.
Important: when you order from Discogs you have agreed with my sellers and agreed to pay all shipping costs.

Shipping costs:
From 1-1-2020 the international post regulations have changed. Postal operators make a strict distinction between goods and documents. When goods are sent (e.g. a CD or LP) then it must be offered as a package with a shipping label. This is only possible with a package; not with a letter. So I cannot send your package as a letter anymore, unfortunately.

The shipping prizes are as follows:

Nederland: tot 350 gram: £4,25
Nederland: van 350 gram tot 10 kg: £7,25

For: Belgium, Denmark, , , Italy, Luxembourg, Austria, Spain, UK and Sweden
Without track and trace up to 350 gram : £7,50;
Without track and trace from 350g-2kg : £9,00;
With track and trace up to 2kg : £13,00; 2-5kg : £19,50.

Other European countries (excl. Russia)
Without track and trace up to 350 gram : £9,00;
Without track and trace from 350g-2kg : £12,00;
With track and trace up to 2kg : £18,50; 2-5kg : £25,00.

Rest of the world (incl. Russia)
Without track and trace up to 350 gram : £10,00;
Without track and trace from 350g-2kg : £18,00;
With track and trace up to 2kg : £24,30; 2-5kg : £34,50.

Under 350g I can send out 3-6 CD's or 3-4 7inch singles. me to check this or if you need more information.
Your order includes all costs for packaging and postage, unless a specific item sells for more than £30. I will charge 5% extra costs for Discogs to your order as shipping costs.

Airmail takes 3-5 days in Europe and 7-10 business days for the rest of the world.
I am not responsible for damage or lost items during shipping with standart shipping.

How I work:
I check my items before I add them to the Discogs marketplace. My information with the items for sale is not fake. In my you can read that my clients are enthusiastic about the quality of the description I give with the items that I am selling. However i also make mistakes.
I work according the Discogs Sales & Transactions Policy. As a seller I will communicate directly with you to resolve any and all issues via the order page, using professional and courteous language at all times. I expect you will respond to my questions left on the order page within four days. If someting is not ok, please me before adding negative .
