Broken records and/or damaged packages > Rarely a parcel arrives damaged at destination (or the item broken inside). Shipments are made only via ED MAIL with TRACKING #. Politica di spedizioni - ITALIA

Dischi > Il materiale in vendita proviene dai negozi Best Record e da quelli affiliati alla nostra catena di record stores aperti dagli anni '70 in poi. ma anche da collezioni private e archivi RAI, solitamente nuovi o seminuovi anche dopo 40-60 anni. Arduo invece definire 'Mint' tutto il materiale discografico proveniente da discoteche,, emittenti radiofoniche, disc-jockeys. Vi preghiamo quinddi di leggere bene nelle Note la descrizione fatta dell'oggetto e di fidarsi di noi.
Pertanto > Ogni articolo viene nuovamente controllato prima di emettere fattura. Se esiste una sostanziale differenza con ciò precedentemente descritto l'acquirente ha il diritto di : (1) annullare l'ordine (2) chiedere uno sconto (3) accettare le nuove condizioni d'acquisto notificate.
Gli articoli, tranne quelli sigillati, sono conservati al di fuori delle copertine e messi in idonee buste protettive, poi sistemati con cura in scatole professionali di cartone, protetti da fogli di giornale, pluriball ed altro materiale.
L'indirizzo dell'acquirente è protetto con nastro adesivo trasparente. Le spedizioni per l'estero effettuate con posta registrata tracciabile, In Italia con corriere espresso ogni giorno e consegbnate in 24-36 ore.

Dischi mancanti >Può accadere che un articolo ordinato dal cliente sia mancante (è stato venduto in un altro ns. negozio online o ad una fiera o mercato del disco, che sia stato rubato o che sia semplicemente introvabile perchè fuori posto, il costo dell'articolo mancante verrà prontamente restituito e l'ordine spedito così com'è, a meno che non sia il cliente a richiederre la sostituzione dell'articolo mancante con un altro articolo. Per suddetto motivo è consigliabile NON pagare immediatamente l'importo della transazione, ma attendere la risposta del venditore che arriva sempre moltovelocemente.
La gestione dell'ordine deve essere effettuata per motivi di "trasparenza" all'interno dell'ordine stesso prima che venga effettuata la spedizione.
