Packaging costs kept to a minimum by sending in a very secure package reusing quality materials where possible.
No responsibility for the package can be taken by the seller once it has been sent. Parcel insurance can be provided, this will require a post office quote from the seller and a separate Paypal payment from the buyer, to be paid prior to shipment.
Shipping Costs -
Within Australia - Calculated automatically - Shipping cost to be provided with invoice*. Australian buyers please note - Two 7" singles can be sent as a large letter, three or more 7" singles will be sent as a parcel, this will cost the shipping price of a parcel over 150 grams, as per automatic shipping and handling costs.
International - As per International delivery fees from Australia - Standard Postage to be provided with invoice - One single may be less than 125 grams after packaging, this can be sent as a letter without tracking. Cost savings in this instance will be refunded to the buyer via Paypal*. Other than that, Australia Post requires any merchandise posted overseas, to be sent as a parcel with customs declaration. All my automatic postage costs are set for parcel*.
Tracking -
Tracking is too variable in cost and availability to offer generally, it may be provided automatically which will be added or tracking may be available at point of sale, if purchased, the number will be provided when order is marked as shipped. Otherwise tracking can be provided upon request, subject to cost, it may require another payment via Paypal prior to shipment.
*Shipping charges include a cost for part of the Paypal merchant fee (this is calculated including the price of postage).
Footnote - The shipping aspect of selling music is complex, lots of variables and it is expensive. I want buyers to get the lowest shipping cost possible, and I also have to be careful not to make a loss particularly on orders with low item value and the ever increasing high postage cost, where Paypal fees may be higher than the actual price of the record.
