Without wishing to state the obvious, items ordered during any disruption to the postal service (pandemics, strike action etc.) may take longer to arrive than usual.

Insurance is included on all packages, but has a cut off date - please do notify me within a reasonable time frame of any problems with delivery (1 month UK, 2 months EU and 5 months Rest of World) - after this I cannot guarantee a refund for lost / damaged parcels.

Please note that paypal fees are incurred even when a refund is provided. Sadly in the event that an order is cancelled due to error (didn't read item description before paying / realised you already had a copy etc. etc.) a refund is of course no problem at all but I will only be able to refund minus the fees incurred until such time as paypal policies change in our favour in this regard.

SHIPPING COSTS

Generally optimised for the best combination of reliability / insurance / cost to buyer. Insurance value is for cost of items, cost of postage is also insured (ie for a £20 + £4.60 p&p order it will be insured up to £24.60 even where the insurance limit is stated as £20)

Insured to £20 sent Standard Royal Mail. Very reliable but not always formally tracked.

Insured £20 - £50 sent Royal Mail Signed. Very reliable, guaranteed formal confirmation of delivery but not complete tracking for all territories. This method chosen as confirmed receipt offers the same security / insurance but for many territories is somewhat cheaper than full point to point tracking (which for many countries offers only slight additional information anyway) though full tracking is available if required (a small surcharge may be applicable), If this is essential to you please doublecheck before paying.

Insured above £50 please me for an agreed tailor made shipping option before ordering as this can vary significantly depending on size / weight of parcel (automating this option will almost certainly significantly overcharge the customer in many instances).

NO Jewel Case options - where the printed matter / discs will be shipped without jewel cases to save shipping are ONLY applicable if the order is for CDs in standard jewel cases. There will be some small leeway for digipaks / non standard jewel cases to be included in these orders but a postage surcharge may be required if this option is used for orders that contain such items. Any such instances will be discussed prior to shippiing. Hype stickers etc. will be removed from the jewel case and sent with the order though I cannot gaurantee 100% success rate on removing these intact - generally this goes very well though.

As all shipping costs are calculated through a rather baroque set of nested Discogs rules - and it is a new thing for me to be complying with this requirement - please do feel free to me if shipping costs look ridiculous / wrong and I will be happy to doublecheck against the actual / intended cost.
