En el caso de llegar a un acuerdo de devolución por una causa justificada y demostrable, se seguirá el siguiente orden:
1- Recepción por mi parte del artículo en cuestión.
2- Cancelación de la transacción para que yo reciba la comisión de venta.
3- A continuación procederé a reintegrar la suma pagada inicialmente por el comprador, es decir, el valor del artículo más los gastos de envío. Los gastos del correo de devolución van a cuenta del reclamante.
Estas cláusulas, lo manifestado en los tres apartados anteriores, me parecen lo más equitativo para zanjar una discrepancia. El que no la comparta que se abstenga de realizar el pedido.
In the case of a mutual agreement for a return, with a justified and prooveable cause, the steps are as follows:
1- Reception and inspection of the returned record apon arrival.
2- Cancelation of the order transaccion so to get the sales commission back.
3- return of the sale payment received by the client, that being the record sale price plus the shipping cost only. the shipping cost for the return is paid by the client.
This is the only fair way on both behalfs to agree a return.
