Orders will be cancelled automatically by Discogs if payment is not received or delayed within 4 days. Please make sure to make payment after invoice is sent. After 4 days of non-paying the buyer will automatically receive a negative from Discogs for non paying buyer.

***SHIPPING AND ORDERS***
I am only shipping within the United States and Puerto Rico.
I do not offer international shipping at this moment.

Orders made over the weekend will be processed on Monday. Orders will ship within 2-3 business days. All orders will be shipped as Media Mail. Orders placed during holidays might experience some delay.

I am not responsible for lost, damaged, stolen packages or wrong delivery address.
I am not responsible for bent corners or seam splits during shipping or any other damages during shipping, or if the package is stolen. I will do my best to make sure the record is well packed. I dont have any control on how packages are handled by the post office or any other shipping carriers.

I only ship to PayPal confirm address. Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order, otherwise shipping on your order could be delayed until shipping address confirmation is received. I am not responsible if the address provided is incorrect. I will ship to the address provided on the Discogs profile and PayPal confirmed address. If you moved, please make sure you update your address on Discogs and PayPal before placing an order. I am not resposible if the order is redirected thru the carrier and the order gets lost.

***RETURN POLICY
All sales are final, all records are sold AS-IS. Please be aware of this before ordering. I will not accept returns unless there was an especific error on my end. If you recieve a defective record that was sealed. Please reach out to the label for a replacement. The buyer assumes all responsibility for shipping cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Jackets will be graded per Discogs policies.

I will not open any records for color, label or matrix confirmation. I will do my best to describe the record being listed to my best knowledge and in good faith. Most of my listings are for new sealed issues/reissues. I cannot confirm runout matrix, RPM, front sticker, label color or Vinyl color. If you are looking for a certain, color, label or matrix. Please feel free to check other Discogs listings.

***CANCELLATIONS***
If the buyer requests a cancelation or refund. This will result in a 3.5% + $3.00 Cancellation fee. There will be no fee for automatically unpaid cancelled orders.
