* We occasionally accept offers on certain items. These will be as displayed on the Discogs site. We would normally accept offers strictly within 10 per cent of the asking price , at our discretion.

* Shipping at standard and tracked services are offered. Customers should indicate on checkout which they prefer. We will assume standard service has been chosen unless we hear to the contrary. Items sent standard service have no insurance , no tracking and require no signature. Customers should bear this in mind if they chose standard service. We reserve the right to amend the shipping rates quoted to the customer by the automated Discogs system if they prove to be out of line with the rates shown above. We will always inform customers of the difference in cost involved in these cases , with the option to cancel if they so wish.

* Orders which total 20 GBP or over or having a non-residential address *must* be sent using a tracked service , as must orders placed by customers with a zero or very low score.

* Items where the sleeve is described as ‘generic’ are without picture sleeve and will be supplied in non-specific plain or company sleeve as available. This is in line with Discogs guidance.

* Items of variant size or shape to those above may have specific postage rates applied. Large orders similarly. We will notify you of the revised rate for these items as necessary when you make your order, and if possible before you pay. Items composed of multiple content (double or triple albums , box sets) are charged postage for each item additional to the first as described above.

* As a UK seller , we use the Record Collector grading system. This is available to view online. For the sake of compliance we approximate these grades to the closest equivalent adopted by the Discogs site. For this reason , buyers may see a difference between the grade we give in the textual description of an item and the one given in the Discogs description. In all cases , customers should accept the Discogs grading description as predominant.

* Gradings for CDs and cassettes refer to the condition of the inlays and the media. Grades for the jewel cases that contain them are not given. We may replace original cases with new ones as appropriate as a free upgrade. We will be happy to oblige of course where customers state a preference to retain or change original boxes.

* Refunds cannot be issued without prior return of goods , or when a returned item is subsequently found to be correctly graded and supplied. Occasionally a part-refund by way of compromise may be offered. In these cases , the buyer would keep the item. Once a buyer accepts this arrangement and the part-refund is made , a return is not required. Return postage costs where granted will be paid at the actual cost shown on the stamp or label on the return parcel once received by us.

* We are happy to ship internationally from the UK. Customers are responsible for paying all customs and import charges imposed by their country , and for all correspondence with these authorities. We can take no part in this. You accept this when you order from us.

* We may occasionally modify certain and conditions at our discretion dependent upon specific circumstances.
