● Single LPs ship by default in a MLP1S mailer from Bags Unlimited, which is designed to protect the jacket corners and the vinyl itself from damage. On single LP orders, if you are concerned about additional jacket damage, please choose 'Add Whiplash Mailer' in the 'Shipping' section at checkout - these mailers are tougher, more rigid, and have more substantial buffer zones for more protection.

● Double LPs and multi-item orders (any order over one item) will ship automatically in tougher mailers (Bags Unlimited MLP1 or Whiplash V1 for 2xLP, Whiplash V3 or Jumbo for larger orders).

● Orders ship within 48 hours (Sundays excepted).

● How we grade: We grade items very conservatively, so 'Mint' does mean Mint. We make every attempt to screen out any minor damages, such as tiny dings on corners, wrinkles, etc, and note them with a different grading. If we miss something, please let us know.

● A tracking number will be sent to your e-mail at the time of shipment. Please note that USPS does not always scan at origin, so package may not show up in tracking until later down the line.
