5. Orders over $500 come with free shipping, with a few territories excluded. For larger bulk orders, please me before placing your order so I can confirm that all records are available and that the total weight will not exceed 20 kg. If you provide me with a list of the records for large orders, I can sometimes check the weight and offer you a better shipping rate than what is stated on the website.

7. My records are visually graded under strong light. All expensive records (priced at $60 and above) are played to ensure that the sound quality matches the grade. Expensive G/G+ records are listened to from start to finish to confirm that they play without skips or repeats.
8. Feel free to reach out if you would like me to play-test a record and/or send pictures before you make a purchase.
