Normally items are sent twice a week though there may be odd weeks where I have less availability or post offices have reduced opening times.
I accept payment by PayPal or bank transfer in GBP only. I can accept payment by cheque or postal orders from UK buyers only. Please check that your PayPal address is the same as your Discogs address or it will delay the order.
Jewel or amaray cases are not included in gradings, I replace broken cases where it affects the functionality.
Items are sold only at the d cost, I do not accept offers and these will be ignored as don't have the time to respond to the many messages I get with these types of requests.
Returns are not accepted for buyer error or change of mind. If a buyer requests to cancel the order for any reason after making payment via PayPal the PayPal fees will be withheld as they no longer refund sellers these, this is why I now offer bank transfer as an option.
I put a lot of effort into providing a good service and I expect the same in return.
