• CD sleeve condition refers ONLY to printed parts, not replaceable cases.
• CD securely shipped in hard carboard but without jewel case in order to offer a cheapest shipping.
• If you want the jewel case DON'T pay the automatic invoice as there will be an increase in shipping.

SHIPPING RATES
• ed (tracked) is the default option when invoicing
• Standard (non tracked) only available for puchases below 25€ in Europe, USA & Canada

PACKAGE DAMAGED
• Elegible for full refund only if ed shipping and insurance has been opted for. If not, full refund may not be possible.
• At delivery, you must notify the damage to your postal officer and require a damage statement. Please also take pictures of it. This is needed for insurance claim.

PACKAGE LOST
• If you opted for ed shipping, you may be eligible for a refund. Please get in touch.
• If you opted for Standard shipping, no refund is available in any case, sorry.

RETURNS
• Buyer pays return cost.
• Buyer must within 48h of delivery and ship within three days after agreement.
• Full refund after item has been received checked to be in the same condition as sold
• Detailed pics of every record are taken before packaging.

PAQUETE DAÑADO
• Reintegro total posible sólo si el envío se ha asegurado y certificado. Si no, el reintegro puede que no sea total.
• Se debe notificar en el mismo momento de la recepción al personal de Correos, y solicitar que levante acta de daños. Además, sacar fotos del paquete y contenido, antes y después de abrirlo.

PAQUETE PERDIDO
• En el caso de envío certificado, el reintegro total o parcial puede que sea posible.
• En el caso de envío ordinario, no hay posibilidad alguna de reintegro.

DEVOLUCiONES
• El comprador corre con el gasto de la devolución.
• El comprador debe ar durante las 48h siguientes a la recepción, y realizar el envío en los tres dias siguientes al acuerdo de devolución.
• Se devolverá el importe original de compra una vez se reciba y compruebe que el disco está en las mismas condiciones que se envió.
• Se toman fotos detalladas de los discos antes de empaquetarlos.
