Our Shipping Services Explained

UK

Royal Mail 48 - Aimed to be delivered within two working days. No tracking, but has a reference number to see if a parcel has been delivered/attempted. For 7"/CDs etc only.

Royal Mail 24 (Tracked) - Aimed to be delivered the next working day and has full tracking.

Special Next Day (Tracked) – Royal Mail fully tracked and delivered the following working day. ***Please note that we ship Monday - Friday and orders made after midday might not be shipped on the same day. Please us if you need an order to be shipped urgently.

International

1st Class Airmail (NonTracked) – Royal Mail service with no tracking. Select at your own discretion.
1st Class Airmail (Tracked) – Royal Mail service with a tracking number which tracks up to delivery.
Courier – Fast service fully tracked. Details dependant on destination country.

***All EU countries are now being charged VAT for domestic transactions included within the order (automated by Discogs). Some EU countries are charging further fees for customs clearance. This is charged by the destination country and is out of our control.***

***Both tracked and un-tracked shipments to the UAE must be sent to a PO Box address. A phone number is required, preferably a mobile number or deliveries will be returned to sender.***

Shipped safely in a 12" record mailer with a card stiffener (where required) or box for bigger orders, marked as fragile. If you would like the vinyl to be taken out of the sleeve before shipping, please ask. If extra packaging is required (upon request) a small charge may be applied.

We will hold the order for up to 5 days maximum awaiting payment. Once you have committed to buy, all prices & shipping costs are fixed and are not negotiable.

Larger orders and orders containing secondhand items may take longer to process.

VINYL GRADING

Mint (M):
Perfect in every way. Never been played, possibly even still sealed. Usually new stock direct from the record label.
**Please note: not all mint items are sealed from their distributors, so we that an item is sealed in the description.

Near Mint (NM/M-):
A nearly perfect record, might have extremely minor scuffs from removal of vinyl from sleeve and should not affect play.Sleeve may have the finest crease or very light storage wear only.

Very Good + (VG+):
The record will show some signs of wear and have slight scuffs & may have extremely light surface noise on quite parts.Sleeve may have slight seam splits, neat sticker & light creasing only.

Very Good (VG):
Surface noise will be evident upon playing, especially in soft ages & intro with multiple fine scuffs but will not overpower the music otherwise.May have small writing on label.Sleeve may have neat tape repair to seem splits,creases, stickers & discoloration.

Good+ (G+):
The record will have significant surface noise and many light scratches and visible groove wear but is still a playable copy without skipping.Posible writing on labels.Sleeve will be heavily worn with tape repair to rips etc and heavy discoloration.

WOL = Writing On Label.

Generic sleeve = any sleeve/cover which is not the original.
