We ship once a week every Monday morning after payment reception. Please note that even now that the pandemic seems to be left behind the current situation in the transports field and the heavier Customs regulations are not always the best for a speedy delivering, some parcels may suffer some delay in some countries. These are matters out of our control, please be patient. Your parcel is tracked all the time, if you feel it's taking too long to get to you let us and we will ask about it to our courier.

PLEASE NOTE : We are a physical shop with thousands of records. Sometimes people move them out of their section. It may take us a bit to find your want. We try to have our Discogs list updated, but it may also happen that a record has been sold in the store and not yet removed from our listing. In that case we will tell you by message, so please be patien - we reply within the next 24 hours after we have received an order.

Please allow 8 to 10 working days to receive the item before claiming for it.

If there is any problem with damages due to shipment like a beaten box or whatever please take a photo of the parcel before opening, and then take pictures of the items if they have been damaged. Do not open sealed records if you want to return records due to damaged sleeves. New items leave here in perfect condition and they are factory sealed - if they have been damaged during transport please do not open the seal if you plan to complaint, otherwise there is no way to present a claim to the transports company.

MINT (M): The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition.

EXCELLENT (EX): The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

VERY GOOD (VG): The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

GOOD (G): The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.

FAIR (F): The record is still just about playable, but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.

POOR (P): The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.
