All vinyl is carefully packaged and securely sent in the appropriate size cardboard vinyl mailer (12" or 7") with card stiffener to protect your vinyl and ensure that your purchase arrives safely, undamaged and in the same condition it left in. However, items are occasionally damaged in the post. Usually it is out of our control once the package is in the hands of the Royal Mail and as such, IF YOUR ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, CLAIM WITH YOUR POST OFFICE or if no joy, come back to us and we will try to do the correct thing.
We do try and re-use packaging wherever possible.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt of payment. However, sometimes this will not be possible and may take up to 48 hours.
Returns:
We can only give a refund if we have described the product incorrectly or there is a fault that we have failed to notice. Refunds can only be given upon our receipt of the returned item. Postage costs will not be refunded.
GRADINGS:
M = Brand new, never played
NM/M- = Excellent condition, as new with no markings and perfect sound quality!
VG++ Somewhere in between near mint and very good+
VG+ = A well looked after record, you can tell its second hand but it plays with no real audible problems or lessening in sound quality.
VG = A bit more worn than above but still very playable & any surface noise or crackles will not spoil the music in anyway.
G/G+ = A worn record, in which crackles & surface noise are more frequent and annoying but is still playable. Shouldn't spoil the record for most people.
Anything below this grading will be described as best possible.
