- We are a small, independent vinyl shop located in the city centre of Granada (Spain). For us one of the most important things is communication. That is why we would like to clarify some points, always aiming to give the best transparency, security, and customer service.

- Please, carefully read the section of comments and grading of our articles, read all our before placing the order, and if possible, wait to make the payment until we can confirm that everything is correct, we will do our best to confirm this as soon as possible, in the event we cannot full-fill an order we will you to reach an agreement.

- MINIMUM ORDER: 8€.

- We evaluate all our items VISUALLY AND BY AUDIO QUALITY.

- Except for copies graded as MINT, all other grades may not be accurate, as they are copies that our customers can listen to at the shop and therefore there could be any damage we have not seen. If we notice this before shipment, we will inform you and look for a solution.
If you receive a vinyl below the grade stated, please send us a photo or video showing why you think it is below the grade stated, and we will look for the most appropriate solution.

- We do not have the option of collection from the shop, if you are from Granada just write us a private message and we will you as soon as possible.

- The buyer pays the shipping costs. Price includes HANDLING + PACKAGING + SHIPPING.

- Payment method: PAYPAL

- Usually, we have by default economical shipping as the first option (Not Certified Shipping) as it is the cheapest shipping we can offer. But it is IMPORTANT to know if you do not change this option at the time of placing the order, you accept responsibility for any kind of problem that may occur during transport.

- When you place an order and select 'Economic Shipping’ but we think your order should have 'Certified Shipping' and we see it before the payment has gone through, we might edit this and upgrade it to 'Certified shipping'. The extra costs will be added to the invoice. (WE WILL ONLY DO THIS IF WE SEE IT CONVENIENT) If you do not agree, you can us, and we will edit the order again, but you must keep in mind that you accept responsibility for any issues that may occur during the transport.

- If you wish to use a different courier, place the order without paying the invoice and us to let us know. We will try to find couriers which are more convenient for your area, and we will inform you so you can choose the option which suits you better. We will adjust the invoice depending on the costs of the service.

- If we do not receive any payment within 5 days of placing the order, you do not us or fail to respond to any attempts from us to you then we will proceed to cancel the order with its respective negative evaluation. If the payment was already made, we will refund the full amount of the order.

- If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please be patient when valuing us, write to us and we will find a quick solution that benefits us both.

- Somos una pequeña tienda de vinilos ubicada en el centro de Granada (España). Para nosotros, una de las cosas más importantes es la comunicación, por ello, nos gustaría aclarar algunos puntos con el fin de dar la mayor transparencia y seguridad en el servicio.

- Por favor, preste atención a la graduaciones y comentarios de nuestros artículos, y lea bien todos nuestros términos antes de realizar el pedido y si es posible, espérese para realizar el pago, le confirmaremos que todo está correcto lo antes posible o, en su defecto, nos comunicaremos con usted para llegar a algún acuerdo si fuera necesario.

- PEDIDO MÍNIMO: 8€

- Si en 5 días desde la realización del pedido no recibimos el pago, no se comuníca, o no atiende alguna de nuestras posibles consultas, en el caso de haber realizado el pago le haremos el reembolso completo y cancelaremos el pedido, y en el caso de no haber hecho el pago, simplemente cancelaremos el pedido con su respectiva valoración negativa.

- Por norma general graduamos todos nuestros artículos de manera VISUAL Y AUDITIVAMENTE.

- Excepto las copias graduadas como MINT, todas las demás graduaciones pueden verse algo alteradas, ya que son copias que nuestros clientes de la tienda pueden escuchar. Si nos damos cuenta de ello antes del envío se lo comunicaremos y buscaremos una solución.
Si recibe un disco por debajo de su graduación, envíenos una foto o vídeo donde se vea el motivo de dicha bajada, y buscaremos la solución perfecta que nos beneficie a ambos.

- No tenemos activa la opción de recogida en local, si usted es de Granada, solo tiene que escribirnos un mensaje privado y nos comunicaremos con usted lo antes posible.

- El comprador paga los costes de envío. En el precio incluye: MANIPULACIÓN + EMBALAJE + ENVÍO.

- Método de pago: PAYPAL

- Por lo general, tenemos por defecto el envío económico como primera opción (Envío No Certificado) ya que es el envío más económico que podemos ofrecer. Pero es IMPORTANTE que sepas que si no cambias esta opción en el momento de realizar el pedido, te haces cargo de cualquier tipo de problema que pueda ocurrir durante el transporte.

- Cuando realiza un pedido y selecciona 'Envío económico' pero creemos que su pedido debe tener 'Envío certificado' y lo vemos antes de que se haya realizado el pago, podemos editarlo y actualizarlo a 'Envío certificado'. Los costes extra se añadirán a la factura. (SOLO LO HAREMOS SI LO VEMOS CONVENIENTE) Si no está de acuerdo, puede ponerse en o con nosotros y volveremos a editar el pedido, pero debe tener en cuenta que acepta la responsabilidad por cualquier problema que pueda ocurrir durante el transporte. .

- Si desea utilizar un servicio de mensajería diferente, realice el pedido sin pagar la factura y contáctenos para informarnos. Intentaremos encontrar las empresas de mensajería más convenientes para su zona y le informaremos para que pueda elegir la opción que más le convenga. Ajustaremos la factura en función de los costes del servicio.

- Si por alguna razón no está satisfecho con su compra, sea paciente a la hora de valorarnos, escríbanos y encontraremos una solución rápida que nos beneficie a ambos.
