In these troubled times... when mass distribution 'crushes' everything online, when 'made-to-measure' customer service is lost, when vinyl finds itself trapped in lengthy pressing times, shifts, cancellations, speculative attitudes... choosing an independent and artisan record store like Balades Sonores today is an action of commitment :)
And we truly and sincerely thank you for it!

We are going through a particular period of restructuring at Balades Sonores, which may explain (but does not excuse, we are aware) some delays in processing/receiving orders and some stock errors, as it's for the moment hard to synchronise our stock with Discogs.

We've finally come to the end of the long process of moving from our former small stores to a bigger, more comfortable store,
but we are still running late with some informatical / logistical issues.

Please find below our shipping policy:

#1 Item availability
Our discogs inventory is NOT updated in real time, hence available quantity might be incorrect at a given point in time.
You can refer to our website baladessonores .com for more accurate stock information.
Upon order we check the actual availability of the item ; this double check explains #3 below.

#2 Mandatory buyer information
Upon order, to ensure smooth delivery we require:
- a valid email address
- a valid cell phone number
If this information is mison order, this will result in shipment delay.

#3 Shipment timelines:
We ship orders to our client in bulk once a week, hence there can be up to one (1) week delay between your order and its shipment.
Cf. #1 if upon order email and cell phone are missing, by default this leads to an extra week of delay between order date and shipment date.

#3 General Conditions:

We ship worldwide.
We rely on Colissimo, with signature, for all shipments.

Both pickup and delivery options are available.
For deliveries we use “delivery vs. signature option” aka "ed shipping" only to secure the delivery.

Tarifs are based on item weight only ; and follow Colissimo general tarif and policy available on their website.
We NEVER make a margin on shipping costs.

#4 Free Shipping:

- For orders above 200€ for
- For orders above 300€ for EU
- For orders above 350€ for UK and rest of Europe
- For orders above 450€ for the rest of the world (special fee may apply depending on final shipping cost)

#5 Damaged Items

We ship mostly new items, when you read MINT/MINT, w/o damages.
For second hand or damaged items, we do explain in comments the issues.

We are not liable of any damages that may occur during shipment.
Would you received a damaged item, we will both:
- open a case with our shipping partner
- do our best to find a solution with you and could typically encom return and replacement options.
