- If you want tracked shipping, and my policies are showing that you would get untracked shipping, please me prior to paying the invoice and we can work out an arrangement at an additional fee.

RETURN DETAILS:
- Sadly, PayPal has now withdrawn their 'Return shipping on us' offer. If you want to return an item then you will need to cover the return shipping costs. We will request that any orders which are defective or you are unhappy upon receiving we will request are returned in original packaging. Once received and inspected we will issue a refund.
- Any complaints of mis-grading must be made within 2 days of having received the item, regardless of resolution. Any return requests of any kind must be submitted within 3 days of having received the item. For shipments sent un-tracked, more lenience may be provided at the discretion of the seller, but will have been considered received 14 days after the date of shipment for any shipment within North America, and for the rest of the world 60 days if being sent surface mail and 14 days if being sent via air mail.
- Any complaints of a missing shipment or package must be made within 24 hours of the shipment being delivered. If tracking is not available, complaints must be made within 14 days after the date of shipment for any shipment within North America, and within 60 days after the date of shipment for the rest of the world.
- If a parcel is returned as "return to sender"(, meaning that the buyer refused the package, the buyer provided an incorrect address, or the buyer failed to pickup a package from a collection point such as a post office) any levies charged to the seller by the postal service in relation to that return will be deducted from the refund of the items. The seller will provide a copy of the invoice from the postal service upon formal request within 30 days of the return. The request must be made via a message on the order page. The seller can provide the requested invoice by either 1. a link to an image/pdf stored on google drive, or 2. as an image/pdf attachment on an email. It is the responsibility of the buyer in this circumstance to request the invoice copy and specify which of these two methods they prefer.
- Unless explicitly waved by the seller, any return or cancellation of an order that has been packaged will incur a penalty of $2 CAD for the packing materials. Furthermore, a restocking fee of $0.50 CAD for each item returned shall be levied against the buyer. The cancellation and restocking fee provisions include any in-progress orders that have been paid for and are put in a state of "In Progress" by the seller. Please note: I use "in progress" mainly for large orders where it may take hours to pull and validate the order, small orders typically are put directly into a "shipped" state when complete.
- For any order that has already been shipped and is returned in any manner, the seller shall retain the shipping fee that was levied on the original invoice.
- If an order is returned in any manner, in full, that qualified for free shipping, the seller will retain an amount equal to the cost of the shipping from the buyers refund. If an order is returned, in part, that qualified for free shipping, the seller will retain a pro-rated amount calculated as [cost of the shipping]x[(value of returned items)/(value of entire order after discounts)] from the buyer's refund. The seller will provide a copy of the invoice from the postal service upon formal request within 30 days of the return. The request must be made via a message on the order page. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the Province of Alberta, Canada
If any provision (or portion thereof) of this Agreement shall be held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, void, or otherwise unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law
