AUDIOPILE RETURN POLICY:

We are not responsible for any damage that may occur during shipping. We are not responsible for any import fees associated with the Country of delivery.  

We are not responsible for any factory flaws (sealed scratched records, warps, duplicates, damage that affects play) though partial refunds may be awarded on a case by case basis. in some extreme cases we do offer full refunds/replacements (stock depending).

All records sent are in the condition listed when sent. If damage is accrued during shipping please let us know + send pictures of the damage with your order number to [email protected] based on these images we will determine whether this warrants a partial refund. Cosmetic issues such as seam splits and dinged or bent corners at best qualify for a partial refund as we are not responsible for the damage received during shipping and this shouldn't affect the play quality of the LP.

If you receive the wrong item, or if the listing is incorrect (for example the wrong colour/variant is listed) please let us know and we will do what we can to set things right. These instances are very rare, but can happen.

We're a brick-and-mortar record store; all items listed here are also available at our physical store. This means that there is a possibility that an item you ordered may have already sold in-person before you place your order. We update our inventory constantly through the day. To try to mitigate this, but it does happen from time to time. We appreciate your understanding of this matter and if it comes up we'll work with you as best we can. 

Since the latest Discogs shipping policy came into effect some default weights/quantities applied to records may be incorrect which can result in the shipping price being more than what is initially listed.

TO OUR VANCOUVER-BASED CUSTOMERS:
Prices here are in USD and can be higher than they are in our physical shop. These slightly higher prices are to help offset the discogs fees that we pay per item sold.
