Welcome...here's some basic information:

**To all customers: As I use alternate shipping services for most orders, the impending Canada Post strike will not affect US and other international shipments at all and will only impact Canadian orders of 1-2 CDs (higher rates than default will apply) and orders to some very remote Canadian locations.**

Note to Canadian customers re current exchange rates: I've always listed in USD for a variety of reasons however am aware that the exchange rate is quite high at the moment. Please me directly for solutions to this ;-/

**I ship all LPs with interior corner brackets for protection against corner bends.** However, rough handling by delivery services can result in minor corner dings or sleeve seam splits occasionally - the latter is why I recommend unsealing LPs for shipping so the records can be shipped outside the sleeve).

Automatic shipping calculation is enabled for most orders including across multiple media formats (CDs, cassettes, DVDs, 7" records, LPs) for all destinations. If you add items to your cart, it should display a total shipping price. Please me if you require any assistance with navigating the checkout process.

Unsealed LPs (new or used) will be shipped with the record outside the cover to prevent seam splits unless you advise me otherwise. I recommend doing the same with sealed LPs, unless you plan on leaving them sealed. I use proper record mailers with at least one filler pad and take exceptional care with packing records and CDs but I cannot be responsible for seam splits or minor corner bumps which happen in transit due to rough handling by delivery services. If you order a new, sealed record, please advise whether or not you would like it unsealed and the LP placed outside the jacket to prevent seam splits. You can request double boxing which I'm happy to do however the extra weight and packing materials will add to the shipping cost. If you're a perpetually dissatisfied angry perfectionist who freaks out over a small corner crease, please move on to the next listing.

*Shipping times*: I generally ship within 1-2 business days. Delivery times are out of my control and depend on the various postal services and customs involved in international shipments, however most things will take one week or less to the U.S., and 2-4 weeks to Western Europe, Japan, or other trans-Pacific destinations.

Discogs entries which use the "All Media" format, especially CD-only packages, may not invoice properly (especially for Canada) due to issues with default weights and the limitations of the Discogs system for setting up shipping policies, please message me if the shipping rate displayed seems high for small items like 2CD sets.

I try to keep my prices competitive for overall value on this site, but it's impossible to monitor this constantly for my entire inventory. If you are interested in something I've listed that is priced out of step with going rates, please feel free to me with offers or suggestions.

CDs: Shipping without jewel boxes can save substantially on postage for large orders, especially overseas. Please request invoice adjustment before paying if you wish to do this.

CDs to US: 1-4 CDs with jewel boxes costs the same to ship so please consider bundling to get your per item shipping cost down and make the time spent on the order worthwhile.
**USA** - **UPDATED 9/24** I use a service which (for additional fees) allows me to use US media mail so my Canada to US rates are very low, and the correct total based on weight will invoice automatically when you order. Priority shipping is also available for all orders at an additional cost which varies considerably by location - if you wish to use Priority Mail please place the order without paying, send a message on the order page with your request and I will adjust the shipping line for your location. Please message me if you have questions about shipping rates or anything else.

**Canada** - **Local pickups are available in Vancouver.** LP shipping rates VARY WIDELY and I have published ESTIMATED rates for LPs and any larger order that will ship as a parcel rather than an oversized letter. Actual rates will be higher if you are in a remote area (ie more than 1 hour from a major urban center) so if you are ordering anything requiring parcel shipping from a remote area PLEASE place the order and WAIT for a corrected invoice BEFORE paying.Oversized letter rates are in place for orders of 1-2 CDs or DVDs, 1-3 cassettes and 1-3 7" records, all of which can ship cheaply without tracking within Canada. Oversized letters are sent at YOUR risk of non-delivery. If you do not accept this risk and require tracking, parcel rates will apply, please me BEFORE paying any invoice in this case.Thick multi-CD jewel boxes must be shipped as parcels or without jewel boxes to qualify for oversized letter rates. I can ship CDs without jewel boxes to save postage on multi-item orders, please request this before paying for your order. You can also me for a quote on shipping in advance; the invoice that you receive automatically will still need to be corrected to the quoted amount. Canadian customers can pay by e-transfer, please send me a message before ordering if you wish to do this instead of Paypal; it will save you a few points on currency exchange and potentially the entire transaction.

**Overseas customers** - most LPs are now sent via ChitChats/Asendia which includes tracking and insurance for considerably less than Canada Post untracked airmail prices. Rates are also very weight sensitive, so a 550g package is less than 750g etc. (Canada Post only has rate gradations every 500g.) Canada Post airmail will generally be faster but if you require tracking or insurance it is considerably more expensive than Asendia. I am no longer offering the option of "surface mail" (boat) shipping to overseas destinations as it simply takes too long.

Items can be returned at your expense provided they are in the same condition they were when originally mailed. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

I am happy to leave for you after you have received your order and have expressed satisfaction by ing me or leaving on Discogs, and I appreciate your .
